  House was just ok, master bedroom had finger nails clippings on ground in bathroom with a girls fake nail laying with it. Ac filter was so clogged unit was not running correctly. Kitchen utensils were old and barely enough to cook with. Tree in front yard covers driveway and was very dirty, yard definitely needs some love dead bushes front and back. price was good, we appreciate the use of the house, would we come back? probably not.

  Hi Jay, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the value and use of the home. We followed up with the owner after reading your feedback, who would like to address a few of your comments:
  - We were not made aware of the cleanliness issue at check-in, but we would have sent our cleaners back immediately had we known. This has been addressed with the team.
  - The AC filter was scheduled to be changed during your stay, and new filters were left on site. Filters are changed monthly, and your early check-in adjusted our original service timing.
  - We’ll review and restock the kitchen utensils to ensure future guests have everything they need.
  - Yard maintenance, including trimming the tree and cleaning up landscaping, is scheduled between guest stays. This work is already planned for April.
  You were provided with both an early check-in and a late checkout at no extra cost, and we appreciate you choosing our home. While we're sorry to hear you wouldn't return, we do take guest input seriously and will continue improving for future stays.

  Overall, it was just very disappointing vs the booking profile.After 2 days of driving; 8 hours on arrival day, we got to the house 12 minutes before check in and the keypad would not let us in until exactly 4. Which was ridiculous.The pool was not heated and therefore unuseable. The pool floaties would not have been available to use even if the pool was heated. The volleyball net was shredded. On pool cleaning day, the cleaner turned the hot tub down to 80 and so after a long hike in Joshua Tree, we were looking forward to soaking our tired muscles and couldnt because it was freezing.There were no full length mirrors in the entire property. Multiple outlets did not work in the house and the casita. You were only given 2 bath towels and one hand towel per bathroom. No extra towels at all.You were only given 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags. Therefore we had to go buy more trash bags and kleenex as there were no tissues anywhere. No zip locks for lunchs or left overs. And no containers with covers. The appliances are the loudest machines i have ever heard.The casita didnt have any supplies; plates, bowls, paper towels, silverware, etc even though it has a microwave and fridge.The knives were so dull they almost didnt cut anything.The gaming garage was a nice touch since we couldnt use the pool, but dont worry there were only 2 useable darts and so you couldnt play any real game.Ping pong and accessories were fine.reezing

  - The 4 PM check-in time is set to align with Vrbo's standards, but we’re always happy to assist with early entry if guests reach out directly—we’re just a call or text away.
  - We apologize for the confusion regarding the pool; we'll ensure that it's clearly noted that it's unheated. Many guests still enjoy it year-round, and we’re sorry the spa heat had been turned down during maintenance—it’s part of the chemical balancing process and not meant to affect your enjoyment.
  - Regarding towels and supplies, each bedroom was stocked with two bath towels and hand towels, and extras like trash bags and paper towels are typically stored under the kitchen sink. If anything was missing, we truly wish we’d been notified so we could’ve brought more during your stay.
  - We appreciate the heads-up about the outlets and dartboard—these are now on our radar, and we’ll address them. We hadn’t heard of these issues before but are grateful to be made aware.
  - The casita includes only a mini fridge and microwave, and due to storage limitations, we don’t stock it with dishware or utensils. We also don’t provide kitchen extras like Ziploc bags or food containers, as noted in the listing.

• Not Great but Okay!

  We booked this home for the following reasons:

  1. Must have a spa/jacuzzi. ( Going into day 2/3 to get the temperature right). Had to boil water to get it hot enough to enjoy.

  2. Sleeps at least 10 or more (Great)

  3. Amenities (Oven, sink, spa, have issues) Enjoyed the corn hole, ping pong table, fire pit and more.

  4. Water temperature from sink, shower does not get very warm/hot.

  5. Pool freezing cold ? (good thing we don’t mind a cold plunge and then jump into a spa/jacuzzi. Oh wait spa/jacuzzi still getting warm)

  6. Home was ready for us but not clean.

  7. Sink (left side) has crack that leaks causing water under the sink area. (Not resolved or addressed)

  Overall our stay was Good. Slow or confusing response from Evolve Team regarding our issues with no results. No response from property over. I would be very pleased if I heard back that all issues were fixed.

• Weekend with friends

  The home was nice but smaller than expected also the kitchen basics needed to be updated. Can openers didn't work knives were dull a lot of mismatched plates and cups and some things were still dirty
