  We chose this rental because it had great couches and we knew we were going to be exhausted after being on the water all day. the layout of the house was great roomy no clutter our fav. But the mattresses almost killed us- i will definitely inquire on my next rental. Master mattress so soft and squishy and the queen in the guest room was even worse. The outside was almost perfect - the shredded patio couch ruined the vibe a bit definitely didnt want to sit on it. Nice home and neighborhood, view of Lake from Master bedroom. I

  Great place! Enjoyed our stay! Maybe some more items in the kitchen but I can't complain the house was perfect for our 9night stay!

  Positives - Great floor plan and quiet neighborhood. Off street parking and private pool. Negatives - Dirty! Floors, pool, garage area and dishes to name a few. I can't understand if the cleaning crew just missed cleaning up after the last guest or our standards are to high. Their was cat hair on the bedding in the bunk bed room and the limited dishes all needed to be cleaned prior to use. The floors appeared clean until you walked on them. Bare feet turned black and socks became covered in lint and pet hair. The master bed shower had hair that wasn't ours and needed scoured. The pantry smelled like cat food (probably because there was pet food bowls on the floor!) and had crumbs on the shelves. Also, the house smelled like the furnace filter was moldy. The stay started with our access code not working. A call to the owner listed was successful and we were offered a guest code to gain access. Thankfully, they answered right away. I was told to text in the future as she wasn't always able to answer her phone. She asked if we wanted to use the pool, and she sighed because we answered yes. She mentioned that the pool needed to be heated and she would email the institutions to us. That never happened and the pool was filthy dirty. During our stay, someone came by on day three of a four day stay to turn the pool heater on and clean it. Strange that an email or call wasn't offered prior too. Don't get me wrong, the house was adequate but not a place I would recommend or stay again with my family. I'm hopeful the owner reads the reviews for future guest. I fell bad for this long review but beware that this house needs professionally cleaned and maintained.
