Just Perfect!
5/5 This home is perfect for a family of 4. Perfect view of the beautiful lake that we enjoy every trip! Can't wait to return next year!

fun in havasu
3/5 my partner and I came to Havasu to join up with friends.
The location is awesome, the view is awesome. My only complaint is all the mouse droppings on the outside counters and table. The floors on the interior hadn't been swept and the carpets were very dirty.

-The droppings on the deck were actually from bats. To deter them, we've installed foil and have routine pest control. We monitor this closely.
-Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay to address any issues you were experiencing. 4/5 The unit is close to the beach, comfortable, and provides all the amenities of home. The owner has plans to remove the downstairs rug. Was unable to use the outside kitchen area due to signs of mice.
