  Cute little apartment. Very clean. The patio, pool and landscaping are beautiful. We were here for Desert Storm activities on the Lake. This place is a quick easy drive to the main events including London Bridge. We would definitely stay again.

• The worst rental i have ever stayed.

  Extremely diappointing. Pictures of living room ,dining room and kitchen ette, all in one room approx 14× 16. No stove, no oven, no kitchen sink. When you sat at dining table, you couldnt open frig. NO fire escape route. Grill, pool very dirty. No usable pool chairs. Bedroom closet 1/2 full of owners property. Owner and/ or his dogs in our space daily. Owner very rude and unaccomadating.

Our listing accurately represents the configuration of the living room, dining area, and kitchenette, which are indeed in one room measuring approximately 14×16. We understand that preferences vary, and we encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
  -Regarding the kitchen amenities, our listing clearly states that there is no stove or oven provided. However, we do offer alternative cooking options and facilities to ensure our guests' comfort. As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a barbecue grill. However, it's regrettable to hear about the damage done to the grill during your stay.
  -Regarding the pool and grill area, we strive to maintain a clean and inviting environment for all our guests. While unexpected weather conditions can sometimes lead to debris in the pool, we promptly address any cleanliness issues as soon as they are brought to our attention.
  -As for the presence of the owner and their pets, please rest assured that we respect our guests' privacy and strive to minimize any intrusion into their space. The dogs have a separate designated area on the property and do not enter the guest accommodation.
  -Regarding the items in the bedroom closet, we provide additional amenities such as extra blankets, air mattresses, and dining chairs for our guests' convenience. The closet is 10 feet long and has built-in shelves with plenty of hanging space.

• Nice places to stay!

  Second time staying here. So the first time was good as well! Good location and great view. I would suggest that a new mattress, and new lounge chair cushions would make it even better. I will definitely stay here again when we go to Lake Havasu again! Very reasonably priced compared to many of the other places.
