1/5 The contact told me they do not use scented products on sheets. But the whole place reeked of a chemical/perfume, possibly due to an AirWick. It deposited residue on everything, including sheets. I think he mislead me. The photo showed a patio. We found a large golf cart parked on the patio, making it useless. This is "bait and switch".It did'nt feel clean. There was makeup on the vanity. Kitchen drawers were full of junk, a mess.Owner left personal items - like his glasses - in several places. Creepy.

Hi William, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We don’t use scented detergent or dryer sheets, but it looks like a plug-in air freshener had been left behind in the bathroom—we’ve taken care of that and made sure it won’t be an issue for future guests
- We also have a Levoit true HEPA filtration system in place, and the HVAC filters are changed out at least every 30 days to support air quality throughout the home
- We’re sorry the patio wasn’t usable as expected. The golf cart is included with the property and can be moved a few feet to open up the space
- We’ve addressed the makeup on the vanity and the condition of the drawers with our cleaning team to make sure the home feels fresh and guest-ready every time
