Best House Ever
5/5 Everything was just as I expected, clean, well organized, well appointed in every aspect. You will not be disappointed to rent this property.Every question I had was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. The Host of this property went above and beyond to help me. I would consider it a privilege to stay at this property in the future.

Spring Training Visit
4/5 Spent 5 days at this adorable home in Goodyear. We have been to Spring Training in the past, but haven’t stayed in Goodyear. This home is an adorable location with a grocery and, gas station and a couple of fast food and small restaurants near by. The home itself was nice. The only issue we had was the temp. The owner only has access to the nest thermometer. After 2 nights of getting hot (the bedrooms are much hotter than the living areas) I texted to ask if they could turn the ac back on. The ac was turned on but by 1 am the bedrooms were hot again.

5/5 We stayed here for 5 days and it was fantastic. I loved the layout of the home. It was so convenient for all of our activities. I would stay there again.
Quiet and Relaxing
5/5 We were in town for a family event so didn't spend much time at the house, but I loved the home. It is nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The host checked in on us when we arrived to find out if we needed anything and to make sure we knew they were available to contact at anytime, if we did. Which we greatly appreciated. We would stay there again.
