  This was the perfect house for our "sisters' trip" to Phoenix. The location was great! The house was clean and comfortable, with outstanding amenities that met all of our needs. The pool was a blessing on the days of 110 during our stay. Dave was always responsive to any questions we had and communicated clearly always.I would highly recommend this house to all on your next visit to the Phoenix area, but please not on the days we will want to book it on our next trip, because we will be back! :-)Thank you Dave for your clear communication from beginning to end! You have a true gem there!

  The family and I had a wonderful stay in this home. All necessities were thought of and the pool was nice on those hot days!

• Weekend trip

  The house was perfect for our weekend trip to Arizona. The house was clean, and exactly like the listing. If we ever come back to visit would likely try to stay here again.
