Great everything!
5/5 The house was very roomy, clean. Kitchen WAS fully stocked! Grandkids had so much fun in back yard. Bonus..there are farm animals a few blocks back..grandkids and I walked to visit them a few times.walked

Great kitchen for Cooking!
4/5 My daughters and I came to Phoenix for a bridal shower. The home had plenty of room for us. It is well maintained, cleaned, and stocked. The den is large with a couch made for girl time. (The handmade quilts were so soft and cozy. ) The large screen was was great. The office area is nice too.
We were in charge of prepping and preparing most of the food for the shower. The kitchen had plenty of room for three people to work in comfortably. There is a Fry’s very close. The property backs up to neighbors with animals. The ducks were fun to hear in the morning. We sat outside some with coffee.
There were a few dogs that barked a lot. They were easy to cover with light music during the day. The house provided both standing fans and ceiling fans at night.
The manager was quick to text me back. I asked if my niece and nephew could come over to eat dinner at the house on Thursday and Friday. Thursday was okayed but Friday (with a 3 year old included ) would have meant nine people MIGHT be at the house at the same time, so they said no. Of course that is why I asked because I always want to follow the home’s rules, but I was disappointed the manager didn’t offer to ask the owners. If you’re going to have people dropping by I’d recommend asking about this when booking.
If you want to cook, hangout, and have nice bedrooms this is a nice home.
