  Location was good. Bedding was clean and beds were comfy. Pool needs cleaning.Pool was very dirty on the bottom, kitchen floor needed to be swept and some sticky spots. The hall bathroom toilet seat was loose, no additional trash bags available and when trash was taken to can in driveway, can was still full and trash schedule showed it should have been picked up Friday. We arrived Friday afternoon. Front security door deadbolt stuck, wouldn't completely open. Sticky substance on pool decking. Bedroom closet doors off track and inoperable.

  - The HOA is very strict when it comes to the trash; we can't have it out too early or after it's been picked up. We will do our best to get the cans and curb cleaned up once they've been picked up. We did expect it to be put out by the previous guest.
  - We will check into your claims regarding the pool, but it does get regularly maintained.
  - We have fixed the closet doors.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  Pretty home, quiet neighborhood. Easy to check in and out. With many stores and restaurants with in a few miles. The home is laid out nicely. With the one kingsize bed and bath private. It was clean and kitchen is well stocked. The pool is an extra plus so appreciated in that crazy Arizona weather. Phew was it hot!!! FYI no washer and dryer. I hadn’t realized The contact was quick to respond and very pleasant. I’d stay again.

  This was a super convenient location for our hot air balloon adventure! The pool was amazing in the 95 degree weather! The house was clean and spacious.
