Excellent property.
5/5 My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Brand new, plenty of room and very comfortable. The location was central to many attractions. Check in process was seamless. Very nice.

Perfect for Gatherings
5/5 This house has a marvelous open floor plan & plenty of space for a family gathering. It is located near shopping, restaurants, and spring training ballparks. One feels safe in the gated community.

Beautiful Property, Good Location
4/5 This property was beautiful! It was nice that it was all on one level. There was a kids playground across the street, conveniently located.
There were various maintenance issues which have been sent to management (that they will hopefully take care of). If you like an owner who is communicative, this is not the place for you- we didn't ever reach out, but all we heard from them was the pre-arrival email with check-in instructions.
It was a great space for 10 people and a pack-n-play was available on site. A garage door opener was also provided.
TVs are all FireTVs (as a note).
There are no blinds or curtains on the sliding glass doors which face toward an afternoon sun (not a problem in winter, but could be HOT in an Arizona summer). There was also a Ring doorbell and a camera on the back fence facing toward the yard.
TL;DR: Beautiful, modern home. Some minor disappointments that could add up. My family is pretty lenient when it comes to our stays.
