• Great location, Very Clean

  My family was in town for graduation ceremonies, this location was perfect, close to both ASU Tempe and West campuses. The house was very clean, comfortable, and the owners put thoughtful touches for travelers everywhere. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding, bathrooms were extremely clean with small bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed from condiments, coffee, creamer, spices, all we had to do was bring the main ingredients and we had a meal! There is two comfortable areas to relax and watch some TV with family. The pool was delightful with perfect temperatures inside and out of the pool. Sunscreen and pool floats was provided by the owners with large, absorbing beach towels. There was plenty seating poolside for lounging. The neighborhood was quiet with a walking trail right behind the property. We enjoyed our stay in this home and would definitely rent again when we come back to the area.

  The house was great and extremely well stocked. Very clean and nice master bedroom. Minor items were the traffic noise and the pool needs a few patching and painting.. Ideal for a young family.

  Enjoyed our stay in this property, however, it is in a very crowded neighborhood right next to a very busy and noisy road. We loved the pool with the waterfall, but there is a lot of noise from the road. Not a real big deal, however, especially when the waterfall is running and drowning it out. The house was very clean which is always the most important thing to me. We were very comfortable there but the house could use some updating and more comfortable furniture. Only furniture in the family room that is open to the kitchen was a couch. A couple of extra chairs are really needed, and there is room for them! It is conveniently located close to the 101 Freeway which was nice. There is a bike trail that starts right across the busy road by the house that we walked and rode our bikes on several times. We loved that. The house was stocked with many, many items and all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. Extra things like a full rack of many different keurig k-cups,, candy, chocolate, ketchup, mayo, jam, pancake mix and syrup, olive oil, a full spice rack and even more ..... Really appreciated that! All in all, it was a good place to stay.

  Hi Tom, thanks for letting us know about your stay. After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned:
  -We did have another chair in the great room but took it out, and we are waiting to find a replacement that matches the furniture.
  -We've installed a desk and chair, and there's a breakfast bar with chairs. -We understand it's not as accomodating, so it's something we're working on.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
