  We had a great stay in this cute condo. Very clean, great location, and quiet neighborhood. Property is well appointed and communication from host was great. We really appreciated the binder with local info. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we return to the area.

  Condo was as described on website. Proximity to downtown Gilbert scene was a plus. Covered parking was also a plus. We would definitely book again.

• Downtown Gilbert Condo

  At first looks, I had buyers remorse...but the following days of our stay proved the condo was a good decision for us. The buyers remorse initially came from the strong smell of something like Downey sheets. I guess we got used to it plus the scent dwindled.

  The Condo was very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The towels were very soft. The unit itself was very quiet and not busy around it at all. We felt like that gave us more privacy. We felt very safe making the 5 minute walk downtown. Our rental car was parked in the back of the condo under a carport right out the back of the condo.

  We had a good time in Gilbert and would consider this condo again.

• Great location condo

  Very accommodating 2 bed 2 bath. Feel safe in this private condo. Kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare our meals and clean up. Niece had knee replacement surgery and

  we're here to help her for three nights. Three small steps into the unit for wheelchairs or walker accesses and the screened porch it's pleasant to sit out in.

  So happy to find this home and will recommend it and will come back if available our future trips to this area.
