3/5 We came here to get out of the snow and relax in a hot tub and warm weather. The weather was great, but hut tub was broken. We received zero advance notification of this from the property manager. Had they advised we would have stayed someplace different.

Townhouse Review
3/5 The townhouse we stayed in was very clean and had all the essentials for us for our stay. Bedrooms were huge and the place was very quiet. Easy access to all amenities and parking was easy. Gilbert area has easy access to all of our needs for our stay(athletic events). Townhouse was very clean but needs a little upgrading and the pool area was closed (including the hot tub) for the entire week. Overall 3.5 for the entire place.

Property Manager and Check in
5/5 Property was great and I will stay there again. However, all the contact information was incorrect and we did not have the correct instructions to get the key. Everything ended up working out after about 20 minutes of making phone calls.
