  We enjoyed our stay. Good neighborhood and convenient to many things. Minutes from the mountains. We were here to visit family so it was nice to have them over to visit in a comfortable setting. The welcome book was a little outdated. The wi fi password etc was not correct but I called the number and Erica was quick to respond and that as helpful.

• BEWARE: house has electric problems, heater broken, and shady renter. SUPER stressful

  I frequently rent houses when I travel and this was by far the worst experience in a long time.

  We arrive and the heater isn't working and the temperature outside is in the 40's at night. Also we had no hot water. I spent hours going back in forth with communication with the renter, and had to come up with most of the solutions, for instance ordering 4 space heaters, one for each room and they could return it later. But the renter didn't order enough. Also, they knew there was an electricity issue because renter told me that if we plug in 4 heaters, it would trip the breaker. And the breaker was tripped with just 3 heaters plugged in, including 2 small ones. I made numerous trips outside in the cold that night to reset the breakers. And even the next day, using the microwave tripped the breakers...

  One of our guests even got sick and had to go to urgent care during our trip.

  They did get the heating fixed by end of day 2 of our stay. When I brought up a partial refund for night 1 ($100 which was less than half of what we paid for that night so I thought this was very reasonable), the owner said we can talk about remedy later. When I brought it up after we checked out, he said to contact Evolve (he was avoiding me I realized later).

  Then it was a stressful 4 week process with requesting a partial refund via Evolve. Despite sending a lot of screenshots that showed the problems of night 1, Evolve said that the owner wasn't willing to give any partial refund. The owner said we left the place in a mess and had to pay extra for cleaning so thought it should be a wash. We left the place clean, and when Evolve asked the owner to provide photos or evidence of higher cleaning fee and they could not. I was frustrated that the owner tried to lie and say we left the place messy to try to get out of giving a partial refund.

  Very unethical renter & owner and the house has as lot of problems.

• Great House, Great Area

  Great little house that was perfect for our group staying in the area for a softball tourney. Everything was set up accordingly with no need to contact the property manager. Erika reached out to make sure everything was good and it was. Would definitely stay again.

• Comfortable place

  The process was very smooth. Location is great. Couldn't get in at first, made one phone call to the property manager and it was taken care of. Loved it , would stay again. There are a few plumbing issues to be dealt with though in both bathrooms. Also the master bedroom door sticks.
