Love Fountain Hills
4/5 Only disappointment was that the outside balcony was under construction for the first 3 weeks of my stay. I usually look for properties that have a place to read and wind down in the evenings. A small monetary reimbursement would have been a kind gesture but I didn’t request it.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and the homeowner would like to share the following: Regarding the patio under construction, please note that it is managed by the HOA, and therefore, the timing and execution of the work were beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Had we been informed of the situation, we would have recommended utilizing the spacious patio area located near the center of the complex, opposite the pool. This area offers seating options and is conveniently situated just across the street from the unit.
