  Firstly we were delayed 2hrs after check-in due to cleaners not completed. We were disappointed that we were unable to use pictured wood stove for warmth & the thermostat kept turning off so heat wasn’t consistent. The mentioned arcade games were missing & the garage/entertainment space had no heat so it was impossible to use. Additional disappointment was broken bikes, no seat cushions for outside furniture, no ping pong balls for table with broken buildings & lights in backyard. The fenced yard & wrap around porch is nice & kitchen is nicely stocked with excellent cookware.

• Horrible customer service and false advertising

  As soon as we booked and got the property contact information we reached out to ask some questions about the property. We reached out via the email address and the phone number that was provided. We never heard anything back.

  During the stay the two fireplaces that were advertised in the listing were marked as “do not use.” False advertising, and annoying in and of itself.

  After we got home from our stay, we realized that we left a very nice speaker at the property. We made multiple attempts to get ahold of the property contact by phone and email with no response. In fact, when I tried to call the property contact, the mailbox was full and I couldn’t even leave a message. When I reached out to evolve to report the issue, they said they could not do anything to help me because they don’t have anyone on site- so essentially if you have any issues with the property, there is absolutely no one that can help you with these problems.

  Ironically enough, after our stay evolve reached out to let us know that they were going to be charging us a pet fee so clearly someone was at the property and was contacting Evolve. They are just not able to contact us. Even more ironically, the reason we were trying to contact the property contact prior to our stay was to let them know of our service animals. So clearly this property contact just picks and chooses when they are available and is ignoring patrons.

  It has now been more than a month since our stay and this issue was never resolved. I am extremely disappointed and feel that someone probably just stole a very nice speaker from us because it was left at the property. I was more than willing to come back and set up a time to come get the speaker because we live in Arizona, but that was not even a possibility due to the lack of communication and overall complete customer service failure on the end of evolve and the property contact. Don’t stay here.

  The home’s exterior is lovely and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. However, some amenities were unavailable, including the fireplace and fire pit, which were listed but marked “do not use.” We were told this was due to local restrictions, though nearby homes had active fires.Inside, we found a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, such as a loose toilet seat, missing light bulbs, and no hand towels. The cleaning staff came came to find them, but those issues, including others weren’t resolved. The home could have been cleaned more thoroughly, especially considering the cleaning fee. Overall, a disappointing experience despite the nice location.

  Very nice and clean, great location. The owners did a great job of making it a very comfortable place to stay. We will stay again!
