Great residence (if you can do the stairs)
5/5 At each level this is a great place to stay - clean, bright, warm. The stairs are tough, as we were all 70+, mostly getting the luggage up and down. Otherwise it was a great distance to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Each bedroom having its own bathroom and balcony was very nice. Nice morning coffee spot just 2 blocks away.
To the owner - instructions for the coffee maker would be nice. We used the last of your tissues and couldn’t replace in time.

Great Stay!
5/5 My sisters and I brought my mom for her birthday. Went to the Grand Canyon and Sedona and this was a good central location. Plenty of room and great to have multiple bathrooms.

Perfect location and home for our 3 couples' hiking trip
5/5 This 3 floor 3bdr 3.5ba was the perfect stay for 3 couples on our Humphrey's hiking trip! Walking distance to the grocery store as well as downtown for bars, restaurants, and shopping. Parking is tight and limited...one car in the garage and one in the driveway. Coffee maker required looking it up online to figure it out but no big deal. Beds were super comfy and everyone slept great! Bottom floor room could use better blinds to block out the street lights. Every room has a balcony which is nice, including the living room/kitchen floor which has one on each end for that perfect cross breeze. All told, all 6 guests were quite pleased with this great find!
