Excellent Location
4/5 Excellent location with beautiful views and plenty of space. Only thing lacking is central ducted AC but the swamp cooler is a welcome upgrade.

Great stay
5/5 Great stay! House is kept clean and great location. We overall had a wonderful stay there. Upstairs does get warm during the hot days, probably wouldn’t stay in the upstairs bedroom during the summer despite having the swamp cooler. Wish the backyard was maintained a bit better but the deck was really nice hangout spot.

Great family get away!
5/5 This house is perfect for families. From the living room you feel like you’re in a treehouse. The large wrap around deck was a big love for morning coffee, not to mention the early morning “Deer” visitor stop by. The biggest hit for the young kids was the bunk bed room with the ladder to the loft bed. We had everything we needed. Something for most ages. The steps could be a challenge for older people so make sure to bring young ones to assist! But once in place all was great!

Awesome Property and Location!
5/5 What a great house in a great location! It's located on the first hole of the Aspen Valley golf course which makes for some great views and golfer watching. :) We had two families with a total of 10 people + a dog and there was plenty of parking, room, and beds for everyone to be comfortable. Everything was super clean upon check-in and the bedding was great! We utilized all of the games provided including the arcade games, darts, ping pong, and corn hole. There are plenty of utensils and a coffee maker in the kitchen as well as a grill on the patio which we took full advantage of. It's in a great safe neighborhood and close to downtown Flagstaff. It was nice to be able to walk the dog on the golf course in the evenings. The property management company and hosts were super responsive and easy to work with. The check-in process was easy and smooth and they let us check-in early as well. We would definitely stay here again!
