5/5 It was very good to have a nice place to come back to and have a nice meal and be able to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

5/5 Overall, property was pleasant. Property manager was quick in resolving issues. Only complaint would be the guest's responsibility of moving the full trash bins, left from previous guests and the neighbor, down a rocky slope in the front yard for trash day.

Clean and comfortable
5/5 The home was exactly as it appeared on the listing, with a few added perks with kids books, games, and a toy chest that we were happy to utilize with a 5 and 1 year old. Thank you!

Comfortable & Convenient
5/5 Nice, cozy home was perfect for our team to stay at while they were in Flagstaff on business. The place was equipped with everything they needed and the place was super comfortable. Home owners were great with communication, check-in and check-out was a breeze!

Family Christmas
3/5 Overall, nice house, good location enough space. House needs a little TLC deep cleaning for ceramic floors, carpets and oven. Towels in all bathrooms were old, smelly and frayed it may be time to replace them. Since house is popular it may require more time for thorough cleaning between rentals.
