NAU Graduation
4/5 House comfortably accommodated 4 couples. Fifth room had bunks, and worked fine for 5th couple that was younger. Only one room on the main floor. Stairs are a little steep. Only 2 showers for 10 people, but we made it work. Nice back patio that we enjoyed. Gas grill worked great for grilling.

Great home for a family stay
4/5 Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Lots of room in the family room for the whole family and enough space inside and out to rest and relax. Only issue is that the fireplace doesn’t work and

NAU Graduation
4/5 The house was perfect for our family of 7 relatives to stay together and celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We had a hiccup with the washing machine on day 1 but that was resolved within 24 hours of notice. I sent a text to the property manager asking if there was an Iron but there was no response. We used the dryer instead and it helped a little. Overall it was a great place to stay.
