Dissapointed
3/5 Location was great and layout was as described . Dissapointments were as follows : 1 ) Lacked adequate silverware , 2 ) No can opener ( bought one & left it ) 3) Air conditioner did not have a filter (bought one ) 4) Refrigerator did not have a water filter ( we had to buy bottled water ) 5) Television offered only Samson plus TV chanels . Accordingly, we left early and would not recommend.

- As mentioned on the day you arrived, I’m always available to help. Had we known about the issues, we would have addressed them promptly.
- The Samsung TV is a smart TV connected to WiFi, and guests are welcome to log in to their personal streaming accounts, such as Netflix.
- Silverware is stored in the top drawer near the refrigerator, with the labeled inner drawer containing two full sets. This drawer also includes a can opener and a variety of cooking utensils.
- The A/C filter was checked just before your arrival, marked with the date, and spare filters were placed near the water heater for convenience.

Great vacation spot in Flagstaff
5/5 Or staying at this townhouse was very enjoyable and probably the best appointed place we’ve had so far with VRBO. Great layout and very clean. The only negative at all was the road noise that came off the back patio, which made it less enjoyable to stay out there. Overall great stay and the manager was very communicative.

Beautiful space
5/5 Bright, beautiful lving space. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Has anything you'd want for your stay for cooking in. Would stay again.
