4/5 Enjoyed stay, lovely community but convenient and close to highways. Unit comfortably furnished.Few minor issues with unit:Living Room faces street and you can hear traffic during the day and early evening. Plumbing "groans" after water in bathroom sinks run.

3/5 The check-in and out process was easy and the owner accommodated an early check in along with a mid-week cleaning.The downside was no dressers and VERY limited closet space for our clothes. Kitchen cookware was limited and in bad shape. Toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergents were cheap; we bought our own. The garbage disposal was broken. We won’t return.

- Our kitchen is actually fully stocked with a wide range of cookware, utensils, and appliances, and most guests find it more than adequate for preparing meals. That said, we’ll definitely review everything to ensure it meets our usual high standards.
- Regarding the paper products and laundry detergent — while these items aren’t required amenities, we choose to provide them as a courtesy to our guests. We use eco-friendly products to help reduce environmental impact.
- We were not aware that the garbage disposal wasn’t working during your stay — we wish this had been communicated at the time so we could have resolved it for you right away. It has since been repaired.
