  Great property and wonderful owner. Couldn't be happer. Have rented within 3 blocks of this unit for padt 4 years, all on golf course and this one was the best. We stayed a month.

• Perfect getaway

  The beautiful townhome had everything I could possibly need for a relaxing getaway from the heat. The patio that looks out on a private golf course Fairway was filled with deer, blue, herons, squirrels, and all manner of birds that made my morning coffee, a fantastic experience. The host was very responsive to questions that I had. I’m Looking forward to returning as soon as I can. This truly has been one of my favorite little vacations.

• Dusty, Dirty and Disappointed

  This property smelled at first. We attempted to air it out. It was very dusty as indicated by a finger test on a window sill. Three hours of cleaning both levels of the condo - dusted the interior shutters, bookshelves, kitchen clipboard, refrigerator top, under vanities, pictures, beds and more resulted in a pile of dust filled rags. There were many cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. We found loose potato chips on a bookshelf & one Claritin pill under the sofa (found by our visiting 3 yr old grandson). I did contact the host explaining the situation and requested my cleaning fee be refunded which I thought was fair. The host didn’t respond but EVOLVE, their representative did. They returned half of our cleaning fee. They told us to contact VRBO for any other fee refund. We just wanted the balance of the cleaning fee. VRBO refused.

  In addition, our family found the living room furniture extremely uncomfortable. The sofa was hard - only a child could lay down on it. The men in our group ended up watching tv from the floor. The condo sleeps 6 but 6 people couldn’t using the living room simultaneously.

  The deck picture grabs your attention on VRBO, however, deck furniture wasn’t set up. The host said we could set up the furniture from the garage ourselves. It should have been prepared for us.

  Comfortable beds upstairs - air mattress not so much. Close to family and Flagstaff. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Nice layout. Potential for a 4 or 5 star property.

• Great stay in Flagstaff

  This condo was perfect for my husband and I on our short stay in Flagstaff. The house was gorgeous and comfortable and the garage was great to store all our camping gear in while we were there!

• Adequate

  The condo was clean and conveniently located. The team I contacted for help responded quickly. Huge tear in couch in living room. There was a TV but not even the most basic TV service provided. The mattresses in the second bedroom were so thin and flimsy that they would only be adequate for very young children. The Kitchen and deck were very nice.
