Our family of 6 (kids ages 2-14) enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff here! The house was well equipped for families with kids. Our youngest two enjoyed the toys and bunk beds in the kids room. We especially liked having coffee on the patio in the mornings and using the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. We were hiking outdoors frequently during our stay and the nice washer and dryer were convenient. The backyard and neighborhood was peaceful and one evening we walked the trail that starts across the street. The home was bright and clean and was well stocked with everything but toilet paper. Early in our stay we were settling in after a long day of hiking and my husband had to run out again to buy more after we realized the bathroom closets didn't have any. I'm not sure if restocking that was overlooked or only a starter amount is typically provided- if so it was off putting to have to run an errand to stock the house with a basic item after we paid around 2800 to stay there for the week. After booking we were given a cleaning list to do at checkout which was inappropriately long considering the 216 cleaning fee. The home was beautifully furnished but a few things needed replaced- the blinds in one of the rooms fell off its bracket a couple times when opened/shut and a couple of the bedding items in the main bedroom had rips. Overall, the home was very comfortable and we would stay there again if ever in the area.

Loved this place, beautiful back yard, lovely interior. The back yard was so useful! Firepit, outdoor heaters, lovely furniture, grill and a huge hot tub. Inside: Four bedrooms, including one with bunk beds, another one of which could also be an office if you're working on your trip. Great kitchen area, there were even two shelves of staple foods. We loved our stay!

The house was great, the location was perfect.
House is nice and check in/out is easy. Back yard is cute! Decent location to town and surrounding areas. Very nosey neighbors. Our first day we walked outside to get food and a neighbor was peering into the property, looking into our stuff and on the property. One night well before quiet hours a girl in our group was outside and man in the house behind was peering through his window into the backyard.

Very nice, well equipped and comfortable home in a great location right off Route 66. Newer community build in the pines with walking, biking trails, etc. Highly recommended.
