  The home was lovely. Modern and beautiful interior, beautiful and charming backyard. Wish hot tub was up and running, maybe next time. Nice to have use of garage. Easy check-in. Would stay here again!

• Beautiful/NOT quiet/terrible management/dirty hot tub/bought batteries for grill/TV issues

  I’d like to first start off by saying this home is beautiful.But our experience was disappointing.First off we went to use the hot tub the first evening there. Upon removing the cover we found the hot tub to be filled with suds of some sort along with a thick brownish film covering the sides (looked like more than just dirt).Also during the first evening we discovered that the master bedroom remote would only turn the TV on/off but no other functions worked.I called Nora (this is who we were advised was our contact while at the home) no answer so I sent her a text message. I asked her about the remote and I also asked her how we turn the hot tub off (no on and off button). She never called me or replied to my text. I thought that was unprofessional.We bought the correct size batteries for the remote but that didn’t solve the issue. Now it gets bad! We attempt to go to bed around 9:30/10. The house next door is having a LOUD party.They have music blasting in the backyard, people outside in the backyard, bangs of some sort, car alarms going off. This goes on until about midnight.This kept us all up including my children.The next day the home next door had another party starting around 5pm. I emailed Nora this time still nothing back! We went to bbq and found it needed a new battery (good thing we bought some). We had to call the police at 10:15 on the house next door. Although they quieted down somewhat noise could still be heard from master. Garage remote also died second day.

  -Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Upon review, we have reached out to our Guest Contact as well as our spa cleaning service company to address the concerns you mentioned.
  -Our spa is professionally maintained by Enchanted Forest Spa, the same company that services the large hotels and resorts in Flagstaff. We have communicated with the owner and will have the spa drained, balanced, and professionally cleaned to ensure this does not happen again.
  -Our cleaning crew will be replacing all batteries in the remotes and ensuring that they all work properly for each TV. Although TV remotes do occasionally run out of batteries, we keep an extra set of batteries in our kitchen drawers for our guests. We will also note this in our Welcome Book to assist future guests in similar situations.
  -Regarding the party next door, we appreciate you contacting the authorities. We know the owner of the neighboring property, and he is meticulous about his home. We have also contacted him to ensure proper signage regarding noise after 10:00 p.m.
  -We wish to clarify that both homeowners have diligently listed their direct contact information at the forefront of the guest book for easy reference. Despite this proactive measure, we regret to note that we did not receive any calls, texts, or emails from the guest during their stay.
  -To further enhance communication and address any potential concerns promptly, we will take additional steps to ensure that a written notice is prominently displayed on the wall for the benefit of future guests.
  -Your enjoyment during your stay is our main priority. We will address all concerns and hope you visit us again in the future.
  We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.

  Beautiful home and backyard! Beautifully decorated, and clean. Very cozy, and quiet location. Perfect location to visit the Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon. Highly Recommend staying here.
