5/5 The house was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might want for an extended stay with all the cabinets labeled to easily locate what you needed. The check in process was very easy. The owner was exceptional and very responsive to our questions. The area was so peaceful. There are deer throughout the resort who will happily have a picnic in your yard. It's also in a great location for exploring the area with just short drives to Ellijay and Blue Ridge among others. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

DON'T BOOK HERE WITHOUT INSURANCE
2/5 Because of snow in March, police officers blocked the roads into Flagstaff and prevented us from getting to the property on the first night. A month has gone by and the owner and property management company have not provided a refund or even a response to the situation. These were unforeseeable circumstances that you wouldn't typically need insurance for. It's not like someone got sick or we missed our flight to phoenix, which would be on us. This isn't something you could plan for, and it's a situation most other hotels or other property rental organizations would sympathize with. The place was nice and clean, we enjoyed the remaining nights of our stay, but please make sure you book with insurance here.

- We always recommend guests purchase trip insurance for exactly these kinds of unforeseen events, like road closures due to snow or other travel delays.
