DON'T BOOK HERE WITHOUT INSURANCE
2/5 Because of snow in March, police officers blocked the roads into Flagstaff and prevented us from getting to the property on the first night. A month has gone by and the owner and property management company have not provided a refund or even a response to the situation. These were unforeseeable circumstances that you wouldn't typically need insurance for. It's not like someone got sick or we missed our flight to phoenix, which would be on us. This isn't something you could plan for, and it's a situation most other hotels or other property rental organizations would sympathize with. The place was nice and clean, we enjoyed the remaining nights of our stay, but please make sure you book with insurance here.

Family Winter Weekend Get Away
5/5 We had another fantastic time at this property, it's absolutely perfect. It is clean, spacious, quiet and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. This is our second year at this property and we will return.
Nick (owner) was quick to respond to questions (we only had one), but it is important to know that you are not going to be waiting around for answers or help.
