Anniversary Trip
5/5 The description of the property says it has a dock, but it does not have one. All the other properties next to this one do. This one does not. It was a little disappointing. Other than that thisnolace was amazing.

Enjoyable Stay
5/5 This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. Like last time, it was a very enjoyable experience. The view is great as the home is right on the Colorado River. This is a clean and cozy place to hang out at and the location is close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do. We loved relaxing on the back patio to enjoy the scenery. Beach chairs are available if you want to sit closer to the water. The owner was welcoming and easy to contact in case there were questions.

Nice property awesome view
5/5 The property is nice. But a little on the older side. The owners put in new washer and dryer while we were there. The microwave and dishwasher are old and hard to work or broke.
It was comfortable and nice otherwise.
The larger area is boring during the winter. Not much to do unless you like gambling. When warmer the river would offer things to do.
