Would give 0 stars if I could
1/5 My partner and I booked this place months ago in order to prep for pride week. The host completely ghosted us. We have called Tricia multiple times and was always sent to voicemail. We emailed, texted messages through Airbnb with no response. She completely ruined our trip. We have no place to stay. Poor communication and completely unacceptable.

Hi Kayla, we're truly sorry this experience didn’t meet expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:
- The welcome message and door code were sent three days before check-in, but it's clear there was a communication breakdown, and we sincerely regret the frustration this caused.
- We were traveling internationally at the time, which led to delays in responding, but we did reply to your email the same day and offered to help make things right.
- Two additional follow-up emails were also sent, though it seems those may not have been received.
- Our calendar was blocked as soon as they confirmed their travel plans, but your reservation was already in place.
