5/5 CONVENIENCE: checking in went smoothly. Keyless entry. Don’t need to worry about losing/misplacing your key. Coldwater Springs was a great & central location for all of us.CLEANLINESS: upon entry, everything was clean and in order. All the kitchen appliances & needs were available & operable. Enjoyed every room in this home. Very comfy. This home is very spacious. And the rocking recliner was on point for one family member…FAMILY ORIENTED: board games, pool table, pool apparatus were available to keep the family entertained.OVERALL: our ‘ohana felt comfortable & secure on property. And Samantha our Guest Coordinator is accountable, is always available and responds quickly whenever we had any questions/inquiries or needed assistance. Mahalo Samantha & Marisa.
