Very clean!
4/5 The property was very clean and had everything we could need. The only cons we had were the ceilings were kind of low and there was definitely some foundation issues as the floors were crooked. If you have mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Was convenient to Hot Springs. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Simple and effective
5/5 The venue was very adequate. We had 12 people in our party (leadership retreat) and we all had plenty of space. There are only two bathrooms which can lead to issues. The home is also located close to a fairly busy road, so if you are looking for complete quite you won't have it. But it wasn't overbearing. All in all it was a good venue. We will probably use it again.

Convenient location, roomy, and kid friendly
5/5 The location was conveniently located to the attractions we visited in Hot Springs. It was spacious and roomy. Our children had plenty of room to run around and play. The kids loved the experience and thought the house was “pretty”.
