Great for large family
5/5 We are a family of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids, and we really felt comfortable at Captain’s Quarters. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and in the front throwing a ball and sitting in the rocking chairs. We didn’t really feel comfortable going down to the lake because it was pretty overgrown and ticks are really bad this year but that was okay because the location of the house was super close to the swim beach and marina where we rented a boat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and several family members commented that this was the best rental we’ve stayed in.
Close to Marina
4/5 Convenient to marina for quick fun on water. House is as described. All but one bedroom is upstairs. Back deck is great for gathering. Enjoyable time!

Family Vacation
5/5 My family stays at Beaver Lake every summer and has enjoyed staying at this property for several consecutive years! It is close to a marina, boat ramp, and has become my family’s place to unplug from everyday life and spend time with each other. We enjoy ping pong championship tournaments in the game room, movies, coffee and grilling on the deck, visits from wildlife, and boating/water activities! Love it here! We will be back!!
