This cabin is a perfect couples get away! It is cozy, comfortable, spacious, clean, perfect for a peaceful quiet getaway from the world. The view was absolutely stunning! We opened all the window blinds and woke up with the sunrise over the mountains and river, it was absolutely gorgeous. The host was great at communicating and gave us recommendations on things to do around Mountain View. We visited Blanchard Springs and went down into the caves at the national park. Also went to the bluegrass Festival at the Ozark Folk Center. We ate at P.J’s Rainbow Cafe II on W Main st. for breakfast, Anglers for lunch and Bushel & A Peck Cafe was another good breakfast spot.

  • Omg! The view!

    5/5

So I'm gonna start by saying that the first thing you notice when you pull up is the view, you can literally sit outside for hours and not get over how amazing it is. The hosts were very friendly and incredible nice. The cabin is quiet and extremely cozy and we loved every minute that we were there, even watching the storm roll in from the west on our last night there was breath taking. Now just some FYI's.....the stairs going down to cabin is fairly steep, the shower was a little narrow but im a fluffy fella so it was to be expected and there wasnt a light over by sink for my wife to do makeup, but we moved the bedside lamp over and used it and the natural light coming in. This is by no means complaints, as we plan to go back and this is where we plan to stay. The closest town, Mountain View, is a great little town with some very kind people living there and some wonderful places for food amd shopping. We really enjoyed the Rusty cup for coffee and breakfast, there is a wing shack place that was great for lunch. We grilled our dinner each night at the cabin. There is a Walmart and a harps for groceries and such. And you must walk around the downtown and visit the little shops and Blanchard Springs park which was the whole reason for our stay.
