4/5 3/5 It was fine. Hard to keep the place cool. Water to the house went out at 9:00 AM on out main day there and was restored around 2:00 PM. Obvious other repairs to the house are needed.

- The A/C issues were not known at the time of your visit, but they’ve since been fully resolved.
- While we’re glad the well was repaired the same day, we know the outage lasted for several hours, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience that was caused during your trip.
- We weren’t aware of any additional repair needs, but we will be inspecting the home thoroughly to make sure everything is in good shape for future guests.

5/5 We had a wonderful stay! We went with intentions to be close to the lake which is where we spent most of our time.The Marina was just a short drive from the house. The house provided us all with ample amount of room to spread out and chill after enjoying Norfork Lake all day. We even got to enjoy a couple visits from the family of deer on the property. The decks on the house were big enough for us all to hang and grill in the evening. The host responded quickly and was very nice. If you are looking for a roomy, clean place to stay near the lake this has everything you need. Will definitely be staying again.
