Such a perfect hidden gem
5/5 We have loved our stay here! It’s such a quiet calm street in a safe neighborhood with quick access to all of Little Rock! The house is cozy and was such a good space for our little one to run around! Cindy is an amazing host, responds quickly, and is so very kind! Would be happy to stay here again and again!

5/5 We really enjoyed staying here. Neighborhood is very quiet. We had plenty of room. Home was clean and very well kept!!! Location is easily accessible to hospitals, dining and shopping. We would love to stay here again!!! Our only suggestions... Could a full length mirror be installed? and Please tighten bolts on beds. I could not find tools to do it myself so bed squeaks

Disappointed
2/5 Upon arrival to this quiet neighborhood, it was disappointing to find that the house with the overgrown lawn was our rental. First impressions are important.
Entrance was very easy to access. The house appeared clean. But we dropped ice on the floor and when we cleaned it up the papertowel was filthy. The towels in the bathroom smelled of mildew. I contacted our host and was told there were other towels there that had just been taken out of the box!
I ended up buying towels and washing them in the provided washer and dryer. And bought a Swiffer wet mop to clean the floors.
The bed linens were clean.
Overall this would have been a great home. Just missing some of the details I've come to expect.
There were wet towels and dirty linens in the housekeeping closet from the previous guest. The lawn was so high we could not have enjoyed it at all. It was mowed on Thursday, we left on Friday.
We enjoyed our stay in Little Rock.

Clean & Safe Home!
5/5 Tracey was a great host- the home was well maintained, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. We had a minor trouble when first checking in, and she came in-person to kindly show and help us with our question. Would recommend to others.
