4/5 The property was very clean. Location was good if you plan to visit downtown. Only complaint i tried to reach out to property manager about extending my stay a few times and he never responded back to me.

5/5 The ois exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, especially when the afternoon storms chased us back to shelter! We also liked not having to drive to get to great restaurants that were just a block away.

Great Location for both hiking and Bathhouse Row!
5/5 This is an excellent place for hikers. You are literally right across the road from Reserve Trail. We hiked 7 of the 10 miles of trails just carrying light snacks and water because we were never that far from the house. It is also a super easy walk to Bath House row. Unless you want to go farther you can park your car at the house, walk and not have to worry about paying for parking downtown.. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. I could not have booked a better location for this trip.
5/5 Comfy bed! Nicely remodeled! Kitchen was great! Bathroom was great. We made it up the front steps but we are in our mid 70's and went slow and carefully. People with disability would not make it up all them steps! I recommend this property and would return in the future. We were minutes from the bath house!

Perfect location
5/5 This house is the perfect location. It was within walking distance of downtown Hot Springs and the National Park. But, far enough away that the crowds weren't a bother (even over the busy St Patrick's Day weekend). The house was very cute, and was well-stocked with stuff for cooking. The video game machine was fun! Very clean as well.
