Great cozy house.
5/5 Great house. All the modern up grades while keeping a retro feel. Hot tub was a nice addition. Extra TV room was great for kids. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location
5/5 Great place to visit all of what Hot Springs has to offer. I celebrated my 50th birthday there with my wife and 6 other close friends. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The house is newly remodeled but still has the old house feel and look. Everything you need is there if you want to prepare your own meals. They even had basic spices in the cabinet. The back porch is private with a grill, fire pit, and even a hot tub. The front porch is a perfect place to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Plenty of room for parking. We parked 5 vehicles and still could have squeezed one or 2 more. Perfect location if you want to enjoy the horse races and just a few miles from downtown. Minutes from lake Hamilton. You could easily park 2 boats maybe 3 if you visit out of horse racing season. I will definitely be going back.
Great place
5/5 Cute older home that has been renovated. They kept the older charm while making it nice and modern at the same time. There are two living areas and though we didn’t really use the second it would be great if you have some kids that want to play in one (with board games and cards provided) and the adults can watch tv in the other…we stayed in the summer so we didn’t use the hot tub but would be a great feature for fall. It’s close to everything just about 10-15 mins from magic springs a few mins from down town and across the Hwy from the track. Phil’s breakfast was amazing! And porterhouse was a good dinner too! The kitchen has everything you need pots pans uti sips coffee pot and kurig even provided sugar and cream which I don’t feel like most places have. Also shampoo body wash and plenty of towels…washer dryer and some washing pods. We had a great visit and would stay here again!
