Wonderful house!
5/5 All in all this house was perfect for our little reunion. It's the only time I've walked into a rental and thought "wow, this space is actually BIGGER than the photos!". It was very clean, the host was responsive, the outside space was great. The one downside is that there's mostly hard surfaces - no carpets or curtains, so it was pretty echo-y and got pretty loud with the little kids we had in the house. But thankfully we were able to utilize the outside space to help offset that! We'd definitely recommend it!

5/5 We had a wonderful time. The house was immaculate and located on beautiful Lake Hamilton with the convenience of a boat dock. We could not have asked for a more perfect setting. This was a once and a lifetime trip for us and a few of our closest friends. The house exceeded all of our expectations as did our host, Matt. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! ❤️

5/5 We enjoyed our stay. Booked house for family get together and it was plenty of room for us (family of 8 adults). Close to downtown Hot Springs. Wish we could’ve stayed longer

Great for large families or big groups
5/5 We did a cousins reunion here and it was great for us. The house definitely feels newly renovated and very nice. We had plenty of community space with the living room/dining plus the deck. We loved the deck. All the beds were very comfortable and everything was well cleaned before we arrived. Plenty of parking. We had 6 or 7 cars at one point. The dock was nice to have and we rented a boat one day. FYI if you are renting a boat there is a part of that cove that is VERY shallow so be careful coming in and out. Overall, we loved this place and would definitely use it again.
Great family vacation
5/5 We so enjoyed the house for our large family. It was super clean. Plenty of space. Plenty of linens and towels. Matt was quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely return.
