Great Place
5/5 We had a great time, the unit lived up to it's description . . . 100%. The unit was clean and was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The Snacks & water provided, allowed us to relax upon arriving after our day long drive. Thoughtful touches, like the auto night lights made movement safe. The view from the balcony was spectacular during the day and even more during the night. The lights reflecting on the water was like a painting. If we return to Hot Springs, we will be sure to rebook this unit. Did have one issue, but was contacted by management and they resolved it immediately.

Awesome place
5/5 A great location with beautiful scenery of trees and view of the lake. The condo was clean and pictured as shown. The only issue was the tvs. Two tvs were roku and two were streaming with apps so we had difficulty getting local channels as we are technically challenged. I communicated with the contact for assistance and got an immediate response. The owner even called the next morning to check and offer assistance.
We were able to finally work it well enough to watch a little tv when in the room. Would definitely recommend this rental and stay there again when in Hot Springs.

Family Trip
5/5 Very nice place. Plenty of room and the balcony is great. We had a technical issue with the internet. It resolved on its own but the owners were very nice. And were willing to do anything they could to resolve the problem. Highly recommend
