  Love the space! Love the light options! Love the layout (like plug-ins)! Very clean for being pet friendly & very satisfied with the outdoor space for our dog (& that it was well-picked-up!).

• Beautiful views

  We loved this vacation rental! The sunset views each night we're amazing. All the furniture was comfortable and thoughtfully picked out. The patio and yard were also great, we probably would've spent more time out there if it was screened in or not mosquito season. My techy husband appreciated the smart tvs and Bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms. It was also easy to acess from main streets and easy to get to some of the main attractions in the area. We hope to come back again!

• Family/Friend's Girl Trip

  Our group was five women for this trip, everyone agreed that the property was top notch in every aspect. Of all the vacation properties I have enjoyed visiting in the past, this property was by far the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Tasteful and stylishly decorated and furnished, lots of cozy throws to wrap up in when sitting outside under the awesome porch. The view of the lake was beautiful, and we got lots of awesome sunset pics.

  In addition, the location was very convenient to all areas of Hot Springs that we wanted to visit. We were within 15 minutes of downtown, Garman Gardens and Lake Hamilton. There are several golf courses in the area as well.

• Wonderful Home

  This home is wonderfully furnished and the open floor plan makes this house feel so unique. The patio was cozy taking in the sunsets on Lake Catherine. We have family in Hot Springs and we’ll consider returning to this house. You can’t go wrong here! Thanks to the gracious hosts and fantastic cleaning service.

  Whomever, decorated this property did a wonderful job. I love the finishes and the attention to detail. The attention to detail will have us coming back over and over again. The air conditioning system is amazing. The only thing I would suggest addressing is the weak spots in some of the flooring. I think the subfloor needs more support mainly in the living and dining areas. Also the water pressure in the downstairs bath needs to be adjusted it trickles and we all used the upstairs shower after the first night. The back porch is the perfect space! Only thing I would say add is chairs for the dock and maybe some fishing equipment. I loved how stocked the kitchen was! Again the finishes are amazing! And I appreciate how clean it was, we can tell we were the 1st ones to stay because it was immaculate, beautiful 😍. Overall I give it 5 🌟 and would definitely be a consistent renter as we come to the area often. It was peaceful oh, and I would put TVs in every bedroom too. We travel a lot and this is a new favorite 😍 place for us!
