5/5 5/5 Beautiful spot! Very clean and loved everything about this location. Easy access and no issues with getting into building or gate. Talking with management was efficient, responses were polite and quick. Perfect for our girls trip of 4! Location was great and close drive to everything we wanted to do/ see. Would stay here again if we come back to Hot Springs!

3/5 AC issues the entire time we were there. hosts tried to fix but the situation was not resolved during our stay.

Hi Lauren, we’re sorry to hear the A/C didn’t meet expectations during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- They coordinated with you during your stay and had a technician visit the next morning to address the A/C. While the system was operating and indoor temperatures remained under 78 degrees, the owner understands it wasn’t as cool as you had hoped. Since there was no follow-up after the technician’s visit, they believed the issue had been resolved.
- In light of the situation, the homeowner offered a gesture of goodwill in hopes of making things right.
