Overall, really great experience and owner was WONDERFUL!
4/5 We had a great stay at this spacious home in Hot Springs! With four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, and two dining areas, there was plenty of space for our group. The house was well-stocked with dishes, a dishwasher, a fridge, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and both a coffee pot and Keurig. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us, responding quickly when we had an issue with the tub, though it ultimately required a plumber. The master bath had multiple shower options, so we managed just fine.The house was also very family-friendly, with a crib, stroller, kids’ toys, and games available. While we didn’t get a chance to use the back patio or hot tub, they were great features to have. The owner provided helpful notes throughout the house, making it easy to find things, and while not all bedrooms had TVs, the main areas and two bedrooms did.There were a few minor inconveniences, like limited toiletries and washcloths, and the outdoor trash bin being full when we arrived. However, the owner was very responsive and worked with us to find a solution. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we appreciate the hospitality!

Perfect Christmas
5/5 The home and location in town made our Christmas very special. It is a beautiful home with loads of room, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. 3 families stayed there for Christmas and it was perfect.

Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood
5/5 Great! All the high ratings are accurate, and the space worked very well for our needs. This is also the first time we've had more than enough dishes at such a rental, so having a big pot when we needed it and not having to wash between meals? Terrific! Bedding/linens were in great shape! One bed was really firm, so we moved rooms so that two people who liked/didn't mind a firm mattress got that one. The best part for us was that two separate rooms easily seated eight of us for our retreat activities.
While I might wish the piano (since it's there) had been in tune, I know how expensive that is to pay for. Also, we'd recommend a separate place for recycling, as well as a bin at the curb for that. We hated tossing so much plastic away :( These are the smallest details and didn't make the space any less inviting or comfortable.
**If you have children, the glass tabletops may give you pause. The one in the main dining room tipped when you rested your arms on it for games--so you'd just want to watch children (or adults used to leaning on tables) closely.

Perfert for a long weekend in Hot Springs
5/5 This is a large home perfect for 6 to 12 family members. Our dog loved the fenced in beautiful back yard. Everything is as stated and i hope we go back and stay again soon.
