5/5 This is such a great place. It can be for adults and family’s. It is convenient to all golf courses and any restaurants you could ask for. If you need a place to stay this is the place. It is out of this world. We like it so much we booked it for our annual spring golf trip. All new appliances very very very clean.

Great Long Weekend
5/5 We stayed 4 nights over Labor Day weekend while playing multiple rounds of golf, getting out on the lake, short trip to the casino, and hanging out at the house. I couldn’t complain about anything because everything was amazing.
-House super clean and more than enough room for 7 people.
-Communication was top notch. Literally, the most helpful and informative host I’ve had.
-Golf courses were beautiful and not crowded. Exact same for Lake Balboa.
-Quiet nice neighborhood.
If I had to give any advice about something that I didn’t know well would be to get more info about how the parking passes and gate works. They take the entry rules seriously. I didn’t know I had to stop every time, and I didn’t know I couldn’t use the right lane. Also, make sure every driver is on the list and has contact info for the host.
Overall, 5 of 5 stars. Would absolutely love to stay again.
