Fam Vaca
4/5 The view was amazing from both outdoor patios. The house was very nice. Very pretty and clean. There was a lot of room for us to spread out or be in the same room at the same time. It would be nice to have a half bath on the upper level. The game rooms were well stocked. The lower level TV has limited channels but we connected to our own services. So nice to have the kayaks. The worst part of the stay was the VERY STEEP hill down to the pier. It was too steep for some of us. Also, only the front burners on the outdoor grill worked. The home is conveniently located near lots of activities at the village and in Hot Springs.

Golf trip
4/5 Overall the trip was good. The issue was the house had an A/C problem that was known but not communicating to us until the day of check in. Would have been nice to have been told that as soon as they knew.

From the Owner: "Hi James, We regret the issue you had with the AC. We had an issue that slowly evolved over time due to icing that only seemed to appear when we had Quests turn the AC under 68f. The very hot weather when you stayed revealed the real problem that was then fixed the Friday after your stay. All levels are now working perfectly and should continue to do so. Once again, we apologize for the problem."
Great place and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere
5/5 Really enjoyed staying here. Did not have the hot tub that was listed on amenities, but really enjoy the quiet atmosphere, would highly recommend this place.
