Eureka!
4/5 Overall it was a good time at the house! A couple of spiders on the inside, but nothing unexpected due to location. House was clean and spacious. Hot tub was great! Close to all attractions.

5/5 If you are two couples and need separated bedrooms and bathrooms this house is split that way with the living room and kitchen in between the two bedrooms. The place was very clean and if you have dogs the backyard is nicely enclosed.

Great! But...
2/5 Overall it was a place for a short stay. There were a few bugs and 1 big spider in the bed that was a scary surprise. Also a lot of light bulbs were out.. like the flood light by the hot tub and the ceiling fan light in the master bedroom.. Losing power with no storm was ununfortunate.

Hi Abby, we’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall, but we take it seriously when guests experience any issues. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
- We can confirm the home is on a quarterly extermination schedule to minimize the presence of pests. The property has already been re-treated to prevent further issues.
- The ceiling fan in the master bedroom has integrated LED lights that require the replacement of the entire fixture. In the meantime, lamps are available to provide light in the room. We are coordinating with the handyman to resolve this as quickly as possible. Additionally, the floodlight by the hot tub will also be replaced promptly.
- The power outage you experienced was caused by a tree falling on nearby power lines due to heavy rain. Unfortunately, this was beyond our control, but the power company worked quickly to restore electricity by mid-morning Sunday.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
