5/5 This is a great house in a convenient location! The owners responded quickly and followed up after our stay to make sure it was enjoyable. The house was just like the pictures. 10/10!

Razorback Weekend
5/5 The home was everything we expected and needed it to be! Came to Fayetteville for the weekend to see our son at The University of Arkansas and attend a game. We had another couple stay with us who were also there to see their son. It is in a good location to the University. The home was a great size for two couples. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

Shocking fees
4/5 Was excited about checking into this place and getting it for a reasonable rate however, upon check in and payment, I noticed that there was an additional charge for hostess fees on top of a charge of cleaning fees. The cleaning fees are understandable, but a hostess fee for the same amount of money of what the rental was is a little ridiculous, considering there was about four dollars worth of chips, and and snacks that were available to the public which nobody even touched. Also opted out of the extra insurance homeowners insurance cover anything that we do and if you notice in the Chargers there was an insurance charge as well !!! so in my opinion, if you’re going to charge hidden charges like that, you might as well put it in as the overall price for the location.it’s a little misleading thinking you’re going to get a deal when you tax hostess charges on top of it and again there was no extra amenities. I’ve stayed in a lot better places for a lot less.
