This is a cute place but the description is misleading. There are zero pull out couches. There are 2 small flip-down futon-like seating pieces. An average sized adult would have a difficult time being comfortable using these for sleeping. Just checked in for our 3 night stay. Feeling disappointed.
The place was so cute. I read the reviews beforehand and knew the water smelled of sulphur (joy of a well) so we brought bottled water. Overall it was remote and right across from the back 40 trails which we took advantage of. The smell of honeysuckle and sounds of nature were exactly what we were looking for. I would book again.

Let me start off by saying the house is adorable. The updates made it so cute. That being said, there are some things that need to be addressed. The water is horrible. It gives off such a strong sulfur smell that it made me nauseous. The smell was stronger with the hot water than it was with the cold, but it was bad with both. Also, we never found any vents in the back bedroom, so it was extremely cold. There was also a lack of bedspreads -- only blankets and throws. On the last day, we found a heavy blanket in the dryer, which was too late to use it. There were also dishes in the dishwasher (we didn't touch those).Every vrbo property we've stayed at has a procedures sheet. This one didn't. We can overlook a lot of it but the water smell was one of the worst things I've experienced.

Hi Daniel, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:
- We will work on the water to ensure our future guests have a pleasant experience
- The property initially had many heavy blankets, but they may have been lost or misplaced. We'll ensure to supply more if needed
- The cleaner did not do a proper job of cleaning by leaving dishes in the dishwasher and blankets in the dryer. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience
Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
House was very cute and recently remodeled.
Whoever cleaned this house was not an expert. A bunch of trash in different places. Dead flies etc.The water smelled and looked so bad all the time. It actually tinted some of my good quality jewelry. Keypad front door was a struggle. Didn't work all the time. Maybe it was running low on battery, but even that aside, it was not working properly.

We want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. Though we are so sorry that this was your experience and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have spoken with our cleaning crew to ensure that these issues do not recur for future travelers.
-As for the water, we have a fresh well on the property that is of the highest water quality; it is routinely analyzed for pH balance. Though, there may be a natural “odor” to the water; guests can rest assured because this is the cleanest water in NWA!
-We will resolve the keypad issues you have mentioned; we are sorry for how this may have inconvenienced you.
Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
