A great place to stay
5/5 The home was very comfortable. We had an heater issue when we got there but they took care of it as soon as we told them about it. Great location and beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this home for anyone to stay

A great place to stay

Labor Day weekend
4/5 The location was perfect and close to family. The house was ideal for my family of 4 and our grown kids loved the basement game room. We couldn’t figure out how to get the outdoor lights in though by the firepit and we really enjoyed the screened porch. The house was stocked with plenty of extra supplies like paper towels, TP, and trash bags. The biggest issue for us was family came over in the first day of college football and we had absolutely no internet or cable. I called the property manager and she said the owners were out of data until the 10th of the month. Very upset over this! I had to take food and go to someone else’s house and we had no tv the rest of our trip. They need to figure something out and I suggest purchasing a DVD player and have several movies plus maybe a radio upstairs. This was a huge disappointment but we made it work.

Great getaway
5/5 My husband had some work in the Bella Vista area so we chose to do a mini family getaway. This “Woodsy Bella Vista Rental” did not disappoint! The views were absolutely stunning and teased adventure, the house was in top shape and the game room was a hit with the kids. I was concerned about the access to the downstairs area being outside but it actually was a refreshing excuse to be outdoors.
Our family greatly enjoyed the easy access to the many trails that Bella Vista has to offer, as well as the community pool availability. We are planning another time in the near future, a different season to take in all the outdoor beauty. This “Woodsy Bella Vista Rental” will be our top contender as we hope to stay here again!
