Dirty house; homeowners refuse to make it right
2/5 When we got in from an 8 hr drive i had to wash linens before we could sleep. The homeowners admitted to having 7nscheduled family stay in the home and didnt tell the cleaning staff so i came into a home others had stayed in and messed up! There was waste in the toilet, dirty linens on the beds, dirt and dead bugs in kitchen floor, pile of dirty yowels in the floor by laundry room, and not enough clean linens to make beds without washing a load.
I called the property manager and was given the option of them coming to clean at 9pm or the next day. When i sent all pictures to property manager so she could coordinate a refund or partial refund with the homeowner i have received the runaround. It has been 15 days and still nothing.
Dont waste your money, stay somewhere else

" -As homeowners we are deeply sorry our home was not cleaned when you arrived. We are looking into why the house was not clean upon arrival. We are curious where you heard that we as homeowners admitted staying at our home and did not tell the cleaning staff. This absolutely did not happen and we had no communication with you. The guest prior to you left the home 5 days before you arrived, and the housekeepers typically do not clean it for a few days following a stay. We have wanted to make it right and are working with Evolve on that process. Your experience did not meet our quality standards that we have maintained for years and for that we are very sorry, you did not deserve that.
