  I was trying to add an extra day to my booking which was that Thursday and evolve told me that it was available but they couldn’t add that day because I book through hopper which was no help either I left a message for the host who never contacted me about this I didn’t get a number on her until evolve sent the code to get in the property so I had to get a room for Thursday night so after our check out at the room which was 11am and couldn’t check in the condo until for so I had been calling the host since that morning to ask for an early check in since we couldn’t check in until 4pm no answer no call back just nothing so had to find something else to do until check in get to the property can’t get in so tried calling the host back no answer again so called evolve and they got in touch with her and then she started texting me about this issue keep in mind it’s hot we don’t know anybody and still had to wait for an hour in a half to get in until she finally sent somebody to help us smh I will never deal with her not evolve nor hopper again because all I was trying to do from the start was add another day to my booking so we wouldn’t have to go through packing up leaving one place to go to another one she only give you one set of towels for your stay the dryer doesn’t work good at all the bunk bed about to fall apart so wouldn’t suggest anybody sleep on the top bunk the other bed feels like you sleeping in the springs two of the bedrooms don’t have a tv in them but overall we made the best of our trip and our neighbors were very nice she let us come over with them to get us out the heat fixed us drinks and just made sure we was OK until we got in she and her family was the absolute best

  It was really nice! The condo was very nice & very clean. The view was great & neighborhood was very nice & in great location! Look forward to staying again sometime…

• Great view

  It started off rough because of leftover trash in the downstairs closet. Once we got the trash disposed, we eradicated the flies and roaches that were there because oof the trash, everything was wonderful. The view and fishing are great.

  Property needs to be updated. There were insects in the unit and a full dishwasher that needed to be unloaded. Previous guests left trash in the storage room near the parking places - the stench and bugs were disgusting.

  The two twin beds are actually bunk beds not separate beds. The beds were not the most comfortable and my kids complained of that.

  Was only there because I had concert tickets at The Wharf - while it wasn’t bad for a two-night stay, I wouldn’t recommend staying any longer.

  Upside - the neighbors are great!!!!!
