Disappointed
2/5 We love visiting the Gulf Shores area. The home is nicely decorated but unfortunately we had numerous concerns. The home was not cleaned: dirty linens, freezer had hair and food all in it, kitchen drawers had food crumbs all in them, trash and dirt under beds, bathroom drawers/cabinets dirty, food and damage to stairs on bunk bed, floors not swept very well. It appeared that the cleaning crew did the bare minimum cleaning. The house needs repairs from damaged flooring, missing laundry door, damage to walls/closet doors, baseboards, damage to all 3 porch areas, water damage to flooring and ceiling, rusty fixtures in the bathroom. We were really disappointed in the quality of home for the price we paid. We did receive our cleaning fee back due to the home not being properly cleaned. The view of the bay is nice and walk to beach access wasnt far. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find.
