Nice Place to Stay!
5/5 This property was such a nice place to stay. It honestly exceeded our expectations! I would recommend this place to anyone. The property manager, Tracy, was phenomenal and very helpful at all times. I would give it a 100/10, if that were an option!

Short but sweet
3/5 Being with my family was great. Had a couple of issues with the live-in resident in #4 even though every time we talked to her she would tell us it was fine, even gave my family pizza but complained. Trash was everywhere on that side but i said nothing because i just wanted to be with my family who i had not seen in almost 5 years. It put a damper on things but we still had fun. The property manager was amazing. The property could use a remodel, all of the furniture and carpet was stained but again we had fun and appreciate the accommodations. We would rent again

- We have full-time residents at the complex, and we strive to maintain a respectful environment for everyone. We addressed the situation with the neighbor and appreciated your understanding.
- We are continually working on small improvements and replacements of furniture and fixtures. While a complete remodel is not feasible at this time, we are planning to replace the carpets with laminate flooring in the near future.

5/5 We enjoyed our time here. The beach was just a short walk away. Being on the water was perfect. Our group had 3 adults and two kids and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Paddle Board trip
5/5 I picked this place based on the photos, price and easy access to water to paddle board all week. We only slept inside and cooked a few meals. Kitchen was great with plenty of space. Loved the rack for the paddle board and the easy access to the lagoon was awesome. We spent most of our time on the water or on the deck. Decks could use an update but great space and the sunrise/sunsets were incredible. Easy access and farm enough away from the hustle and bustle of the “party area” of beach Blvd. would book this again.
